Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with our product. Defective or unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days after purchase for either exchange or refund. Returned or exchanged items must be returned new and unused with all original tags still attached. Shipping charges are only refunded in the event we inadvertently sent the wrong item(s) or the item(s) sent are found to be defective. We will gladly exchange like items and ship to you at no additional charge via ground service (applicable in the US only). Unfortunately we cannot accept merchandise returns for items purchased from other retailers or websites. Only those purchased from kellytooke.com will be accepted. For exchanges, please return your item(s) with a completed copy of our Returns and Exchanges Form (click link below). Your exchanged item will ship as soon as we receive the item being returned. In any event, we recommend that you use a shipper that provides a tracking number for exchanges & returns.
